These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by HOSTassis (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Introduction
HOSTassis provides virtual assistant services and Airbnb/short-term rental business support to help hosts streamline operations, improve guest communication, and optimize property management. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these Terms.
2. Definitions
We use your information for purposes such as
“Services”: All services provided by HOSTassis, including but not limited to guest messaging, booking management, listing optimization, calendar coordination, cleaning scheduling, and custom short-term rental support. “Client”: The individual or business entity using our services. “User”: Any individual accessing our website or engaging with our services.
3. Services Provided
HOSTassis offers a range of services for short-term rental hosts, including but not limited to:
24/7 guest communication Booking and reservation management Listing creation and optimization Pricing strategy advice Calendar and availability management Cleaning and maintenance coordination Operational support and troubleshooting Customized services tailored to client needs
4. Payment Terms
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:
Payments for services are based on either a monthly subscription or project-based pricing, depending on the agreement. Accepted payment methods: Payoneer, Wise, PayPal (Stripe integration coming soon). All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are responsible for any additional external costs incurred (e.g., third-party service provider fees, Airbnb service charges).
5. Refunds
We strive for client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our services, refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days from the date of service commencement. Each refund request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. HOSTassis reserves the right to deny refund requests where services have been delivered as agreed.
6. Limitation of Liability
HOSTassis shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages related to guest behavior, property damage, listing deactivation, or platform-related issues. We do not assume responsibility for unforeseen circumstances or actions beyond our control.
7. Confidentiality
We value and protect client confidentiality. HOSTassis will never share, sell, or distribute client data, including guest information, payment details, or proprietary business information, without explicit written consent, except as required by law.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate service at any time with a written notice. If the Client chooses to terminate services before the completion of the agreed service term, they remain responsible for payment of services rendered up to the date of termination.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of USA. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
10. Amendments
HOSTassis reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted to our website. It is the responsibility of users to review these Terms periodically for updates.
